Please allow 5 - 7 working days to process your order and have the personalised book printed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email to update you that your order is on the way!

Total Estimated Time

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 10 – 21 working days from the time it is placed.

Peak Season Delays

During peak seasons (e.g., November - December), please allow additional time for printing and delivery. Production and shipping may take longer than usual due to higher demand.

Shipping Rates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. StoryVerse Land is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

As our items are personalised, we are unable to accept requests for returns or refunds on the product. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your item at orders@storyverseland.com.

If the product you receive is damaged or the wrong item, please send photos of the item within seven (7) days to orders@storyverseland.com, to enable us to send you a new product as a replacement.
